ABOUT ME
My athletic journey began at the age of five as a sports acrobat, and by 15 I was already developing my professional path in performance and movement.
I graduated from the KMAVCA, building a strong foundation in circus, dance, ballet, anatomy and body physiology. I also hold certifications in stretching methodology and nutrition.
With over 6 years of coaching experience, I help both athletes and beginners build flexibility that is strong, controlled and pain-free.
